You need to choose your words carefully. In this email, the writer chose to demonstrate that the email was hyper personlized by doing something that caused the reader to think the email was automated (even thought it may not have been). Preview text is important, but even if the prospect opens your email, the first 1-2 lines will determine if they even see the rest, don't waste it.
